Name For Development Seminar Series

I need a name for a development series, similar to a Lunch & Learn for new-joiners at a company. The idea is that it is self-driven development, with the new-joiners forming the curriculum schedule / topics to help them grow as professionals.

The seminars will include a group of new-joiners and experts will be invited to participate in a discussion on a topic they are knowledgeable in.

    Trying to distinguish it from Lunch & Learn as we don't want speakers to feel like they need to prepare content for the session, rather we just want them to attend and have a discussion. Lunch & Learn (at least at my company are traditionally positioned as a presentation rather than a discussion).

    Industry is management consulting, attendees are associates which are first, second and third year employees (typically right out of college), topics are focused on our professional development framework.
