What's the name of the company, and does the company serve people in a specific area or region?

Odd mixture. You'd need a good story to explain the combination because tax doesn't seem to fit unless it's some form of sales agent type company where you help importers set up?

What is the name of the company? Why do you need a tagline? What do you want it to communicate? Who is the primary target audience?

It's been mentioned that it's an odd mix and quite rightly so unless that is, like myself who can see exactly what you mean which also in turn highlights to me that you do not fully understand your own business yet otherwise you would have been able to communicate your service / unique selling point without trouble. My advice is to go back a few steps and really work out and understand your business and how it will benefit others and I think by working through that process your strap line will naturally become evident to you. From the brief you posted, I would struggle to sum up in under 7 words a strap line that would do you justice.
