Call a market research professional. There are companies that specialize in just what you need, and most market researchers have contacts with these companies. (If you need a referral to a market research professional, let me know via email.)

You can also use Google Adwords for this, but you need to understand exactly how to do it ... and a market research professional can advise you on that as well.

Do you already have specific names in mind to test, or are you also trying to see what words and concepts are most likely to appeal to your target audience?

I'd echo mgoodman's question about whether you've already got names to test or are looking for keywords / concepts. If you've already got names in mind, there are a variety of ways that you can test out potential names. You can do online surveys, focus groups, or research keywords to see what might be commonly searched.

That being said, these forms of testing are limited in what they can tell you. Presenting a brand name without any context of either brand identity or messaging doesn't really provide a fair evaluation of its marketing potential.

A few things you might want to keep in mind when narrowing down your choices are potential trademark infringements, negative word associations, and how your name translates when presented to international markets (this is important in real estate as your clients can literally come from across the globe).
