Tagline For Conflict Managemment Consultancy

Hi Professionals! I am a conflict manager building my company that seeks to provide consultancy services primarily to organizations (both private and public). I will assess the conflict and support the organization with mediation and negotiation to resolve. If the parties refuse to resolve the conflict, I will recommend conflict management strategies and design systems to support the organization.

    3. What unique and compelling benefit can a client expect when they retain you? My clients will retain a Conflict Manager who is an attorney (now non practicing) that worked at the top tier at Courts in various jurisdictions. I have a unique understanding of inter office dynamics from the ground up as I kept my finger to the pulse of the needs and challenges of junior employees. I also understand the dynamics from the top down, having worked at C suite status.

    4. Who/what is your competition? My competition is other Conflict Resolution service providers - mediators and arbitrators. How are you different/better? I am better because I offer my services anywhere in and outside of the USA, and will travel to the site of the conflict for assessments and interviews. My services are distinguished from Conflict Resolution. Conflict Resolution is a voluntary process, and since not all conflicts can be resolved, I will provide strategies to manage conflict that cannot be resolved.

    5. What do you want the tagline to communicate? Restoring relationships, building communication and ushering peace in an organization.

    Since your business name doesn't give a clue what you offer, then your tagline should simply state your speciality, such as:

    International Mediation & Conflict Resolution (Consultants)
    Organizational Conflict & Mediation Support
    Restoring Organizational Harmony
