Branding A First Time Manager's Training Programme

Have a developed a First Time Manager's Training Programme for a client(Company name starting with S). As the name suggests it is to help develop better business understanding, self understanding and interpersonal skills in its first time managers.

Looking for ways of branding this initiative. Also, want a more umbrella thought where this programme can be a part of it. We might be launching more programmes under this initiative.

    What are the other programmes you are considering?
    What initiative are you considering? Are you thinking of partnering with an existing publisher or event producer?
    What makes your offering better/different from the others that are currently available?

    Will this be a line of managerial training programs?
    Why not go military, it's trending these days.
