Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Why would you want a "catchy" name for your business? Don't your customers take your product, and the benefit it provides, seriously? I'd urge that you strive for a name that is meaningful, relevant and benefit-oriented -- not so much "catchy."

So who are your customers? Where? What benefit are they seeking? What/who are their alternatives (and your competitors)? What are their names? How are you different from, and better than, your competition? Why should your target audience choose you (instead of them)?
