    Where are your clients located?
    Why would they choose to hire your services instead of one of your competitors?

    Why would they choose to hire your services instead of one of your competitors? I'm not sure anyone else offers these services.
    Who pays for your services - employees or their employer? There is no charge,

    My original objective was to focus on employee relocation. However, after some research, I quickly learned there are much bigger players in this space which cannot compete with. Therefore, my strategy changed to address home ownership for employees. As a financial planner for the past 32 years, I've many employees retire as renters. Our company will be able to offer a full line of services including relocation-I am a Realtor with Re/max- mortgage loans, and educational real estate seminars. I hope this is helpful.
