Tag Line For Hr Firm

Posted by rutuja.vinchurney on 250 Points
Hi!
I have recently started a new venture viz RISE HIGH CONSULTANCY & ADVISORY.
We deal with HR consultancy- recruitment, head hunting, career consulting, training of employees, strategy planning, designing of company policies etc.
We also have a logo, which symbolises 3 people joining hands together.
Plz help me with a Tag Line which goes with my name, logo & company activities.
Thanks in Advance!

    What's different about your consultancy?
Who specifically do you serve? Where?
    What's your background?

    Peak Performance in Human Resources

You want to promise results (i.e., peak performance), explain the name ("Rise High"), and let people know who the target audience is (i.e., Human Resources).

How does "3 people joining hands together" relate to "rise high?" You might want to re-think the logo.

Thank you all for your valued suggestions!

    @mgoodman
3 people joining hands represents- My company; Candidate & the Employer.

As is a consultancy & recruitment firm, it symbolizes all 3 parties coming together to complete the task.

Any more suggestions would help me improve in a better way & get a catchy tag line for my firm.

    Thanks in Advance!

"Catchy" is not a great attribute for your tagline. "Catchy" is what you do when you don't believe you provide a legitimate and important benefit for your primary target audience. You distract them from the core issue -- your positioning benefit -- with an entertaining, or amusing, "catchy" tagline and hope they won't notice that you don't offer an important benefit.

Don't do that to yourself. Instead do the hard work to really define your primary target audience and what's important to them. Then find a way to deliver what they need most, and communicate THAT in your tagline.

What is it you want your tagline to communicate? How will you evaluate our suggestions? What are the criteria by which you will select the "winner?" (And how will you know, in 6 months or a year, if you were right or not?)

If it were me, I would use, "Human Resources Division".

I like the way your company name does not take you into a corner. You could do projects in a great variety of areas.

The reality is, as a new consultancy, you will be chasing dollars. None of us know exactly which opportunities will present themselves over the next 3 to 5 years. But you do not want a tagline to disqualify you from potential business. Suppose, for example, you are having a conversation with a company president about some random topic, and he wants to hire you as a consultant. You don't want to spend time explaining why your company name and tagline do not match his requirements.

Sorry, I meant to say, "I like the way your company name does not paint you into a corner."
