How will you be different from them?

That's all it needs to be. There's no reason to get fancy, catchy, or clever. Anyone looking for your services won't be looking for fancy, catchy, or clever: they'll be looking for aquarium maintenance in a specific geographic location.

Since there's no competition, I agree with Michael & Gary. Keep the name obvious and simple.
