Name This Event: Gumbo, Beer, Horses And Dogs

We need a catchy event name. We have Gumbo, We have Beer. The event is a fundraiser for retired racehorses and retired greyhounds and will occur at the beginning of May 2018, in Indianapolis IN - home of the Indy500 NASCAR race which occurs at the end of May.

So you have Mardi-Gras type of theme with fast horses and fast hounds.

    What's the name of the organization that's being supported?
    Is this a family-friendly event? Black tie?
    Who's likely to want to attend - people who care about racing animals or .... ?

    The organizations hosting are Friends of Ferdinand (retired racehorses) and Prison Greyhounds (retired dogs). It will be held at a Brewery, so 21+. Casual, carnival type of format.

    We feel like the target attendees are urban animal lovers, largely more familiar with greyhounds and less familiar with the equine component.
