Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

It's not clear why you need a tagline. What is the objective? What do you want the tagline to communicate?

As a separate matter, have you researched the concept among your primary target audience? I have several years of experience in this category (in the U.S. and Canada), and "new feel" strikes me as a secondary or tertiary benefit, not a compelling reason to purchase. You may want to re-examine your positioning strategy. ("Absorbency" and "Comfort" are usually the most important benefits when you speak with women. Without one or both of those, the "new feel" isn't likely to be seen as important enough to switch brands.)
