Probate Real Estate Specialist Tagline

Hello Experts,

I need help coming up with a distinctive tagline. I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. I help Executor's or Administrators liquidate their assets that opened up a Probate case at the Superior courthouse in California.

The Services I provide are:
Selling their property
A loan to fix the probate property
I can buy the probate property, as is

The Executor's benefit from my services that I give them peace of mind that comes with relying on an experienced Probate Real Estate Adviser.

I would greatly appreciate any help and assistance!

    What's the name of your business?
    Do you serve the entire state or just one region?
    How are your services different from other Certified Probate Real Estate Specialists?

    I am a independent Contractor out of 500 agent for Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate.

    My Real Estate License is good for all of California, but I only concentrate locally in Southern California compassing a 50 mile radius Los Angeles.

    My services are different from other Real Estate Agents, in the sense of Probate Realtors are dealing and communicating with Probate attorney's, as well as, heirs trying to settle the Estate, which in California it can take anywhere to 7-18 months. As for Realtors not working the Probate system, its a simple transaction not having to go to court and just dealing with Seller that are wanting to sale their property.

    I will be targeting Probate Executor's who have opened up a Probate Case in Los Angeles County with an attorney by mailing them 8 different mail pieces and driving them to a squeeze page/landing page to get contact information.
