Are you selling food trucks or selling food from your trucks?
What makes what you're selling better/different from the competition?

Who and where is your primary target audience? What do you want the name and tagline to communicate?

Why creative and catchy? Wouldn't it be better to let people know they can count on you to deliver some meaningful benefit? "Catchy" is usually a poor excuse for not thinking through the benefit customers can expect. Much better if you can zero in on an important and compelling benefit.

When you say "branding my truck", that tells me you think of branding as simply a name. What you are looking for is a business name. You are not looking for Branding help.
Take the name of whatever food you sell and put something in front of it like "Juicy", "Tasty", "Golden brown", "Sweet", etc.

What kind of food truck? Chinese? Mexican? French? Indian? Where will you be selling (country, city)?
