    So tell us about your target audience. Who are they? Where? Why might they want YOUR leather goods instead of those from an established company? What makes you different from, and better than, your competitors?

    A brand exists only in the minds of those who are aware of it. It's more important to know who they are and what makes them tick than to know that the business is owned by a family. Give us some information about your target audience and what makes your business unique.
