Creative Names For Hr Awards

Hi, I am putting together an HR Award and recognition programme. I am looking for creative HR category award names e.g. Fixer Award for analysing business challenges and providing sustainable solutions. I would like the criteria to link back to the HR competencies. I am also looking for a theme. Previously we had the Super Heros theme so ideally we like to change it. any ideas

    Well, here is a book that lists out what is thinks are the HR competencies:

    If you want more of the functional competencies, you could work out of this list:

    Bringing this to category names could go anywhere. Not knowing what your company does, where you are )the way you spelled "progamme" leads me to believe you are not in the US where many folks here are from), etc., makes it kind of difficult to even suggest ideas.
