Need A Tagline For Non-profit Builder

Posted by sandic14 on 125 Points
Ability Housing (AH) builds quality, affordable housing using the "housing first" model to end homelessness. Give a homeless person a home and provide needed support services to make them successful. AH is a non-profit real estate developer that builds multi-family apartment complexes and provides wrap-around support services. Last year they achieved a 95.5% housing stability rate. The model works!

It costs the community approximately $31,000 per homeless person. The housing first model is 10,000 per person. A significant cost savings of $21,000/person!

AH also provides housing for the developmentally disabled providing a solution for independent living.

I am looking for a new tagline for the agency and would appreciate some fresh ideas!

Thank you!

Who is the target audience for the tagline? Where? Why do you want a new tagline? What do you want the tagline to communicate? What is the current tagline? What's wrong with it?

Give us some background and we will give you our best thinking.

Tag line will be the general tag line for the agency for brand awareness Primary Target audience is donors & stakeholders.

Will be used on all marketing materials including digital assets

New strategic plan has been done along with an expansion beyond the region.

Want to communicate who Ability Housing is and does

New mission statement: Building strong communities where everyone has a home

Current tag line is: give hope a home - better as a marketing campaign than a tag line
