Looking The Name For New Real Estate Project

Dear Friends,
I preparing build my new real estate project. That is residence projects , located at a perfect location on a crossroads. I plan to build with luxury class. May you have some ideals for my's project name ? I proposal : Validity Lands .

    What does "Validity Lands" mean to people who might be interested in purchasing residences in that area? What's special about the area? Why would someone want to live there?

    What does "Validity Lands" mean? What are you trying to communicate with the name? Who is your primary target audience? Where?
