Question

Topic: Taglines/Names

We Need Help Creating A Tagline.

Posted by shifusamsmith on 250 Points
Our company is called RIKR. Our group fitness classes are branded RIKRSTRONG.

We offer personal training services and group fitness training. Our market is general population ( as opposed to athletes or specialized training). We market to women 30-45 heavily.

Crossfit type taglines are a bit aggressive for our main demographic.

After thinking for weeks the only thing that has stuck is a stolen tagline from equinox:
"It's not fitness, It's life"

and an original that ended up not being original
"Stronger than yesterday"

Any kind of help would be appreciated.

First question is why you want a tagline. What do you think it will do for you? Do you want to explain RIKR? To you want to promise an emotional payoff that might begin to explain why your target audience would benefit from your services? Other?

There is no rule that says you have to have a tagline. Think about the objective and let us know what that is. Otherwise we can spin our wheels for weeks and not come up with anything worth using.

How will you evaluate our suggestions? What criteria will you use to pick a winner?

    Great questions.
We would prefer a 3 word tagline
The message we want to get across is

We are in the fitness industry as a positive/motivational message ( stronger than yesterday does this)
    OR
We are in the fitness industry as a we have have the best quality message
