You do NOT need a catchy name, you need an eager community.

When talking about this program to people, what do you tell them about the program, its benefits, who's likely to enjoy it most, etc.? Also - where's it located? The more you tell us, the more we're likely to be provide some on-target suggestions.

Who is the primary target audience? Where? What's the unique and compelling benefit that will get your target audience to want what you're offering? How will their lives be better off?

We need to understand this if we are to come up with a great tagline. And Gary Bloomer is right: "Catchy" is the wrong goal. Catchy names or taglines are a sign that the company/organization has not thought clearly about its positioning statement, so they are trying to amuse or entertain instead of telling the target audience what the benefit is.
