Tagline Needed For New Real Estate Investment Co

I have flipped a few homes successfully using my own $
I need more capital so I can flip homes in parallel
My pitch is for the unsophisticated to savvy investors who have excess uncommitted cash10-100k) in their savings bank who imply would happy gaining some interest on their money

When I purchase a home to flip I will look to raise 1/2 of the total cost (purchase, renovation insurance etc) from investors. .I will return for their investment an agreed upon return (8-10%) when I sell the home
So the themes are conservative, passive, low risk, plus others you can read into from my strategy above. Audience is initially fiends and family but in parallel I'll be putting up a public website

    What's the name of your company? Located where? Why should someone entrust their funds to you specifically?

    Im in NJ.

    To start with I feel friends and family should trust me because I have successfully already flipped properties and they may inherently trust me because they know me.

    Once I get some successes with F+F I can use those stories to market to others who do not know me.

    What's the name of your company? The tagline has to work with the name to communicate a benefit for your target audience.
