I want a name that will include Royal and have a bible reference in it...such as Royal Thrones Logistics or something simular.

Why the word limitations?
What type of transportation company? Service what region? How are you differentiated from your competition?

Is this a marketing issue or a word challenge?

What's the objective of the name? What are you trying to communicate? Who is the target audience? Where?

Which country/area of the world? (Some countries restrict the use of the word "Royal" in a name for legal reasons and this could have an impact if trading across borders).
