Marketing Material Management

Posted by karen.kraft on 50 Points
Our team is looking for a client-facing tool for housing and sharing digital marketing material. The goal is for them to be able to download materials (e.g. posters, flyers, graphics, etc.) under specific categories. Our current solution has gotten too pricey for the lack of use we are getting from our clients. We want the experience to be cost effective, but also attractive. The "attractive" piece is what deters us from using Google Drive. The DAM software I have found seems more internally focused. I'm curious if anyone has suggestions on tools they use for this purpose or what type of tools we should be searching for. Thanks!

Have you looked at Dropbox (Enterprise)?

We haven't considered Dropbox, But we have a lot of clients with company policies that restrict them from accessing Dropbox.

We use Dropbox. Box appears to be another company doing similar work, so perhaps could be looked into.

We've started using Evernote for internal file sharing, and it might be worth a look. Not sure if it's exactly the same as Dropbox, but it seems to work pretty well for our needs. (Better than Dropbox IMHO.)
