Where? Can you be more specific about your target audience? What do you know about them? Where do they buy their clothes now? What might make them switch?

What do you want your tagline to communicate?

Isn't there a chain called Hot Topic that sells clothes to your demographic?

Did you register the name yet? You may want to see if you can use the name first.

Hi, Mgoodman, I am aiming at 15 - 29 year old females. The shop will be in a small town with only 2 other clothes shops which cater for more middle aged women. There is also a supermarket that has a small clothing section but they only cater to babies, toddlers and middle aged women. SO I think i definitely have found a gap in the market. If the demographic I have a chosen to cater for want to buy clothes they really need to travel to the closest large town which is about 30 miles away. Parking is really expensive and so is the bus fare so I thought it would be great to have a shop like this locally\\
    thanks

Please don't call it "Hot Topics"! I think if anything you will alienate your demographic which wants and eats up anything hipster. This is about the least hipster title you could come up with. You should really be looking at modelling rather than imagining what your target wants. Namely, look where your demographic in other urban centers shops, eats and buys their clothes.

Call it something like "Peacocks" and and have a tagline like "Fashion Unplugged". Play to the fact that these are kids that want to have fun, love to dance and actually still believe that they are the center of the universe. These girls want to shop at a place that the Kardashians would approve of. A good start would be to look at the fashion store they run, its branding, and it's layout.

    Best of luck.
