Sme Trade Show Theme

We are a SME membership organization and we are looking to host a conference/ trade show. We can't think of a theme and name for the trade show and were hoping you guys could be of some help!

Because SMEs are the major employers in a country, we are looking to interest the youth in becoming self employed and become enterprising entrepreneurs. This trade show is an opportunity to meet SMES that have made it and to mentor the youth face to face, and we wanted to base the theme around that. Something along the lines of bringing everyone together.


Any suggestions are extremely helpful!
