I Need A Tagline For A New Subdivision

We are building a subdivision. It is situated on a hill overlooking a majestic mountain in the east, a lake in the west and another mountain in the south. It will be an exclusive subdivision with 129 lots. Our clubhouse and infinity pool will be overlooking the majestic mountain in the east.

    What is the NAME of the subdivision? Or are you looking for a name and a tagline?

    The name and tagline taken together should communicate the benefit, emotional payoff or feeling you want to convey.

    Where is this subdivision? Are there other subdivisions in the general area? If so, what are their names/taglines? What's the name of the majestic mountain? Of the lake?

    Good day, mgoodman.

    The name of the subdivision is Hillsboro. It is located in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines. It is the first subdivision in that area as most of the subdivisions there are located in a congested place. The name of the mountain is Mt. Makiling and the lake is Taal Lake. There's also a view of the Laguna de Bay and Mt. Maculot.
