Tagline Needed For Creative Design Agency

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Looking for a tagline for a small creative agency. Target market: entrepreneurs, small to mid-size businesses (mostly service-based businesses). The agency services include: brand consulting, marketing, web design & graphic design. What they offer that is different than others in their market: besides delivering quality work, they quantify the financial upside of every project by calculating the upsides and identifying how it effects the bottom line for their clients. They want their clients to know that they truly understand what their needs are and can deliver a ROI on their investment.

What's the name of the agency?
Where are they based? Where are their clients?

You will need to go into greater depth regarding your clients' (and prospective clients') needs, values, habits and practices. How do they select an agency like yours? What are their criteria? What's really important to them? Who actually makes the decision? How often? What usually forces that decision?

As you must know, the tagline needs to communicate a benefit to the target audience -- preferably an emotional benefit. Don't focus on what you do so much as what benefit the client will realize and experience. You may want to interview some of your current clients to find out what they find to be the compelling benefit that keeps them loyal to you. Perhaps this approach would even work as part of an initial information interview with prospective new clients.

The qualities you mention don't seem particularly unique. Almost every good agency can say essentially the same thing. You probably need to work on the Positioning Statement a bit more, and then on a Creative Brief for the tagline project. You may have put the cart before the horse so far.
