Who is your target audience? Where? How will folks find you?

Before you start searching for a name and tagline, you might want to give some thought to a rough business and marketing plan. What do you want the name and tagline to communicate to your target audience? How do folks decide what kind of chocolate to buy? Would they be willing to buy food that is made in a home kitchen? Safety concerns?

I have thought of A box of chocolate: handcrafted with love as one option.plz suggest if any other catchy title with tagline possible
