Name Needed Tor Esthetician Going Into Business

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am an established, experienced licensed esthetician, esthetic instructor, laser technician that is medically trained.
With the economy the way it is, I am taking a chance and going into business for myself.
Skin is what I do best. Clients will come to me for skincare treatments customized for them. They will be educated and made aware of exactly what caring for their skin and the importance of facial treatments. I will be renting a room at a local upscale salon (BB's Salon). I am reputable because of the experience and the physician I am employed by. I cannot seem to pinpoint a name for what I want to call myself/or my business or if it's one or the other.
I want simplified. I want to have a name that's short and below I will have 3 separate words for slogan/description.
Example: Laine Magee Esthetics
•real•radiance•revealed•

Or
Laine Magee Skincare
Define-clarify-restore

I would like to have a logo that has initials
And maybe the 3 decriptions in script

I also like GLOW....

I NEED HELP!!!!

I want simple, elegant, professional, confident and a feeling of establishment defined.

Re: Esthetics vs Skincare: What word do your clients "connect" with?
And for a tagline, what unique/emotional benefit do your clients gain from you? For example, with "Define-Clarify-Restore", I'm not sure if people are looking for "definition" or even to "clarify" their skin/looks.

Clarify would simply mean "clear"....the vast majority of clients want clear skin. Clear from breakouts, hyper pigmentation, wrinkles, etc

I'm having a bit of a problem with both "esthetics" and "skincare." "Esthetics" suggests it's just how it LOOKS, without regard to health or safety. "Skincare" isn't a benefit; it's something you do in order to achieve a result you want.

My vote would be to focus on the end-result EMOTIONAL BENEFIT a client would experience when you've done your magic on them.

If we interviewed a dozen of your satisfied clients, what words would they use to describe how they FEEL as a result of your services? (No fair leading the witnesses!) BTW, if you haven't conducted these interviews, you probably should.
