Need A Tagline For My Brand - Kitchen Products

Posted by vioare19ani on 125 Points
Hey,

I want to change my tagline for my brand to something better.
I am selling kitchen products on Amazon, and have my own website as well.
The idea I want to put out there is that we care about quality, and customer satisfaction is most important to us.

Current tagline is: Because Quality Matters

So, something short, catchy, that expresses quality products, quality customer support, and a premium brand overall.

My creativity part of the brain just doesn't want to work right now, and have trouble coming up with something that sticks, and is memorable.

Thanks for any help/inputs.

Everyone claims quality -- quality product, quality service, quality everything. Consumers, though, don't even see the word "quality" or register what it means ... because everyone makes the claim.

What you need to do is define a unique and important BENEFIT the customer can expect when s/he deals with you/buys your product. When you have that, put it in your tagline. If you don't have a unique benefit-oriented positioning, maybe you don't need a tagline at all.

What tells you the current tagline isn't doing whatever you think a tagline should do? How will you know a better one if/when it shows up?
