Tittle For Health And Wellness Program For Seniors

HI I am starting a Health and wellness program for older adults. the focus is to prevent diabetes but also to provide information and counselling on other health related issues.
I am struggling to come up with a name that can encompass all not just diabetes.

    Why not "Health & Wellness For Seniors (in CityName)"?
    As an aside - who's paying for your services? How does your services differ from similar services in your area?

    Who is your competition? How are seniors in your area getting their information now? Or have they decided they don't want/need any more information? Other than what you do and for whom, what would you want the name to communicate? What will motivate your target audience to seek information from you? How will they even learn what you do/offer?
