Looking For A Name For A Crepe Concession Business

My wife and I are starting a crepe business working out of a concession trailer. Will be going to fairs and festivals. Our menu will consist of savory and sweet crepes.
We are just looking for a catchy name for the business. Can make great crepes but a business name not so much. thank you. Mike and Sandy

    I like Jay's suggestions. Two more along the same line -- Crêpes = Great:

    Alexander The Crêpes
    The Crêpes Gatsby

    Where are you located? An opportunity to tie the name into a local landmark or famous native?
