Help Create Tagline For Apartment Locating Company

Im an apartment locator. I would like to create a tagline/business slogan. It will be used on business cards and brochures. I want the phrase to convey the value of my service while obviously being catchy, memorable and informative to my audience. Our service finds you the best options for your circumstance. We will evaluate your needs, and once we have a complete understanding of your situation we provide you with properties you qualify while also best meeting your expectations and budget. I won’t tell you where to lease; but I will eliminate the hundreds of properties that DON’T meet your needs leaving you free to make the best possible decision. Customers with bad credit, poor credit, broken leases, evictions often get denied. Our knowledge and expertise takes guesswork out of apartment hunting.

    What's the name of the business? Where?

    Can you be more specific about your target audience? Why do they need you? What important and unique benefit do you promise (and deliver)? What are the alternatives?

    The companys name is Valley King Properties in Phoenix Az

    People use our service because it makes Apartment Hunting easier for them. We know which properties work with what issues so we can tell them exactly where they can go to be approved and has what they are looking for in a new apartment.

    The alternative is to forgo the application process at multiple apartments. Each application fee is 40+ dollars and if you get declined the money is lost. Please go to our website valleyking.com to answer any questions about our services.

    Id like to use the word apartment and approve (d) in the title though. Being approved by the first complex you apply is the unique benefit we offer people for using our service.

    Since your business name doesn't describe what you offer, why don't you make it obvious:

    How about:

    "Helping you make your best rental decision."

    OR

    "Take the guesswork out of apartment hunting, with COMPANY NAME"
