Looking For Name Suggestions For Talent Management

I'm in the process of putting together a Talent Management Program for pay to speak gigs. I'm looking for title suggestions. I came up with Talent Management Unleashed! My tagline: focused alignment, intentional results.

I want the the title to be catchy but relevant to the topic. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    It's not clear who your primary target audience is. Is it the speakers or the event planners? Which is your primary source of revenue? "Pay to speak" sounds like it's the talent who will pay. Right?

    Separately, forget "catchy" and stick with "relevant." What you want the name to communicate is (a) what you do, and (b) what the benefit is for your target audience. "Catchy" will just get in the way.

    If I understand the business, we call that a "speakers bureau." "Talent management" can apply to actors, sports figures, and other kinds of talent.

    I'm looking to move into an Human Resources Consulting role, therefore, my target audience will range from small networking groups, speaker's bureaus, corporate executives etc.

    I'm looking to get hired to speak about Talent Management. I'm crafting the contents of my presentation now. I'm seeking suggestions for a title that sets me apart from the competition.
