    Located where?
    What will distinguish your company?
    Who specifically is likely to be interested in your products? Why?

    It is important that you answer Jay's questions, so we have good direction for communicating a compelling reason why your target audience should care about what you do and the unique benefit you offer them. That's what you want the name and tagline to do, right?
