i want a name and a tagline for the managment trainee program that i am working on? under this program we hire fresher & rotates them and place them in a function.

    What's the name of the company?
    Who should the name appeal to?
    Why not make it a simple name such as: CompanyName Management Trainee Program?

    What's the purpose of the name/tagline? Are you trying to persuade someone to do something, or to change someone's perception? If so, perhaps you can explain the situation. If not, see Jay's suggestion above (and answer the questions he's asked).
