Who's the target audience? What makes it better/different from your competitors? What criteria will you use to judge the name?

Clients seeking IT solutions are the audience. It needs to be a short catchy name for a product that is basically aimed at agencies that require Skype CRM connector

Thanks, this would definitely be a good one in normal circumstances. However, since Lync sounds just like Link, we are trying to avoid that. Since this is a CRM connector, Customer Relationship Management Connector, we are trying to avoid the term Solutions. Could you please help with something a bit different? Thank you!
