A few questions. Your responses will really help us deliver what you want.

What is the name of the training institute? Who is your target audience? What do you train the target audience to do? Why do they want/need training? What's in it for them? How will their lives be better after you've trained them?

What do you want the tagline to communicate?

Why do you want a tagline? What do you expect it to do for you? How will you know if it has accomplished its objective? For that matter, how will you select a winner if we come up with a dozen candidates? What are the criteria for selection?

Good questions above, I would add that it may also help if you can provide the taglines of a few of your competitors so we get a feel for the competitive landscape. Also, we don't want to duplicate any of them!
