I work for a heating and air service company and we want to rename our service partner plan. We would like to include "Club" in the name. Any suggestions?

Where? What's the company name? Who is your primary target audience? Why do you want to rename the plan? What is the current name? What's changing other than the name, or is this "lipstick on a pig?"

The company is named Aux Mechanical in Alabama. Why? We are trying to make customers excited to be apart of this "club". Current name is Preferred Service Agreement. Only changing the name. The plan offers routine service visits to keep equipment maintained for the seasons. The customers pay an annual fee and we visit 4 times throughout the year.

If the current name is working, if current customers are content to hand over an annual fee there is no need to change anything. Why do you think a name change will help your program bring in more revenue? Why not simply focus on asking current clients/members to refer people with whom you can then follow up and bowl over with your stellar service?

Do you really think changing the name will make customers excited? Will a name change generate enough excitement to increase your prices or dissuade someone who might otherwise opt out?

What's the real goal? On the surface there doesn't seem to be any problem with the current name or any reason to make this a "club."
