Some guidelines to be considered:
1. Your idea must have scope, with revenue potential of USD 50Million within 3 years. You need to check that this can potentially be big, with a simple rule of thumb that it needs to be related to Telecommunications domain
2. Your idea may address new markets/verticals, tap into new value chains but must somehow lead to building a scalable, global communications services platform.
3. From the context of being a B-to-B provider, your idea/business model should answer the following very clearly, at minimum:
• What is the problem you’re aiming to solve?
• Whose problem are you solving? I.e. who would you be selling this service to?
• How do you think we can tackle that problem? Describe your idea.
• What is our right to play?
• What are the key assumptions that the implementation team would need to check and how would you advise that they prototype your idea?
