    Spend it the right way and always keep a record for the spending, not all the time it is unlimited. Keep some for the time of budget deficit.

    Anything more specific? Increase ad placements, invest in marketing automation, etc.

    If the budget were truly unlimited, I'd spend just enough to accomplish the objective (whatever it might be), then donate $10 billion to good causes, and challenge Bill Gates and Warren Buffett to match my donations to end world hunger, eradicate disease, and educate 100% of the world's children. With enough money those goals would be attainable! (And just think of all the great publicity.)
