Keyword Research Services

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a reliable, expert keyword research service? I have knowledge of the process and the steps involved, but am too busy to complete the research in its entirety, and will need to outsource it.

Thanks!

p.s. I am aware of a little-known search engine called google, but would prefer to select vendors based on actual feedback/experiences from the marketing pros.
