Looking For A Tagline For New Fitness Business

I have a new business Family Circle Fitness and I'm trying to come up with a good tagline that incorporates the family.

Family Health Starts Here
Building Strong, Healthy Families
Getting Healthy Together
Getting Fit Together

I'm in desperate need of advise. THanks

    First things first: You might want to ensure your business name is able to be legally used: "Family Circle Fitness" will likely run afoul of Family Circle magazine's trademark - especially since they feature health and fitness as part of their magazine and website (see www.familycircle.com).

    Before you go any further, you might check www.uspto.gov to do a quick trademark search. But before making any significant business decisions or investments around the name (like signage, advertising, etc.) have a trademark attorney do a full search and review to ensure that it won't generate an implied endorsement or other legal headaches.

    If the name is a problem, you could try "Total Family Fitness" (after going through the same checks of course!)
