Name Change Case Studies

Hi,
Can anyone point me to some company name change case studies? We are approaching a rebranding exercise (potentially including a name change) internally and I would like to do some research.

    No, it's not. I'm trying to decide the deliverables for an RFP while simultaneously answering internal questions like 'how do we roll out a new name' etc. I really just wanted some case studies to reference in support of the plan I make.

    I've been involved in several name changes on behalf of clients, but I'm pretty sure none of them were ever written up as case studies.

    I'd also be careful about sharing case studies with others (internally) because the comments are likely to be, "... but that's not exactly like our situation."

    What I'd suggest is bringing in some outside expertise to address the issues, answer questions, share experiences, etc. A consultant who has been through re-branding and name changes multiple times will be more valuable to your group than a case study (or two) that the audience thinks may not be relevant.
