Advertise them to your target audience.

At the very least, make sure you have links to the youtube videos on your web site.

If you have any form of customer communications (weekly email, newsletter, Facebook page, etc), post the links to the videos on those also.

Include information on those videos in the instructions that go out with the software.

Be sure to type the words "YouTube" into the "Google Site search" at the top of this MarketingProfs page.

You need to put your videos on your website, on your Facebook and Twitter streams, onto related (meaning, niche specific Facebook group pages), and into TubeMogul.

You also need to use keywords and links in your YouTube descriptions. Also consider using keywords related to your niche in the video titles, in the descriptions of the videos, and in any audio on the videos.

The audio part here is important because Google uses speech recognition software to intercept video audio, from which it then extracts keywords and key phrases.
