    Dear bojo0575,

No one is searching for a catchy name and slogan. Catchy is not
a selling strategy™. You need wording that appeals to your buyers' overall needs, wording that is relevant to their desired outcome.

Catchy names and tag lines confuse people and confused people
have to think about their choice. In marketing, this is bad because
it introduces doubt and doubt kills sales.

Your name needs to clearly tell your prospective buyer what you
do and what they can expect as an outcome.

Here's the best line of attack on this issue:

"Your name: The Reliable Power Washing Guy".

You might want to add on to this something along the lines of:
"Be the envy of your neighbors. Let us power wash your driveway, sidewalks, siding, and roof. No job too small!".

    I hope this helps.

    HI

I disagree with Gary on your particular instance as having a catchy phrase will help you be remembered...

People will need to remember you as your services are not required frequently, and people will search for it only when needed. So by having a catchy line, you will be able to remembered.

    Dear sureshwords,

Naturally, you may disagree with me all you like, but a few things spring to mind.

First, whenever a customer is looking for power washing services they'll be searching for ... er ... power washing services, NOT for some kind of phrase that says "Hey daddy-o, we're the hip cats that know where the power washing's at, my man!"

Second, again, by all means disagree, but if you're going to do
so at least make an attempt to give the questioner what they're asking for: which in this case is a business name.

Third, businesses, services, and products get themselves remembered by meeting people's needs, by offering value and service, and by exceeding people's expectations. Hip, happening tag lines do not do any of these things. When was the last time
you walked out of a store and thought "Wow! That "catchy" phrase or that hip name really met my needs?"

Here are some ideas for you:

Name could be simple and easy to remember like: Power Cleaning Pros
    Power Pros
    Power Professionals
    Professional Power

*if you start the name with Power, you could be found easier in the white pages.

    The tag line could be:

    "The Power of Clean"

"The Power to Clean your home"

"Professional Power Cleaning for your home or business"

"Exterior Power Cleaning Services for your home or business."
