Marketing Plan For Nursing Homes

I am a new employee of a nursing home and have been asked to develop a marketing plan to increase census. Can anyone give me any advice on how to handle this?

    Please describe your target markets, age groups, target geographic areas.

    The more details you give the better we can help.

    Otherwise it's a guessing game.
