Looking For Ppt Marketing Plan Templates

Hi,

I work with a software company that develops and markets ERPs for Shipping and Bunkering Industry.The customers use our ERP for managing the procurement & sales of oil.

I wish to develop a Marketing plan (PPT). Can any one give me tips on any existing marketing plans (PPT) available anywhere in the Internet.

I presume by PPT you mean PowerPoint - probably one the the best and worst things ever to be used for marketing.

Big Tip. Don't try to develop a marketing plan in PowerPoint.

First, develop your marketing plan using off-line as well as computer resources. Whiteboards, hard-copy documents, Excel budgets and projections, Word for pulling it all together. Make a document you can read and distribute which contains all the critical (as well as key backgound) information.

Then cut down the key elements of it to form a clear, communicable set of slides. Situation, Strategy, Action, Projected Outcomes.

The marketing plan should be a living document that is regularly updated.

The PPT slideshow merely reflects your summary of the plan at one point in its life.

Using a Marketing PPT is an effective way to convey your message about your marketing plan. You should stress on key points, graphs and support your position, and any other pieces of data that you are going to speak about.
