I am Sriram Iyer a Tamil Brahmin (TamBram). I love south indian food and want to startup an authentic south indian (typical) restaurant in Thane, Mumbai. I want to provide people with true south indian dishes unlike the udipi restaurants which serve anything and everything. I have absolutely no background in this line. I am CA and comfrtable with the financial aspect of the start up. Could anyone help me out with a guide or the do's and dont's for the startup.
