Need Tagline For Home Inspection Business

Hello All! I have followed this forum since I joined MarketingProfs last year, but this is the first time I have posted anything.

I am a marketing coordinator, but I do some small side jobs in graphic design. I am currently working on a brochure for a client who has a Home Inspection business. I would like to include some sort of tagline on the brochure that will convey the kind of business that it is.

These are my main considerations: People tend to not trust people in the residential construction/inspection industry, and I know that my client is trustworthy. People tend to think that costs associated with building/buying a home are inflated, but my client's prices are competitive, if not a bargain.

Any thoughts will be appreciated. The only things I have been able to come up with are generic and cliched.

    How about something along these lines

    "Your Protection Against the Unknown"

    "Inspections You can Trust"

    "Trust us....your home is as important as ours"

    "Better decisions thru better information"

    "Inspect before you invest"

    CJ, It seems like you should reference a benefit of your client's Unique Selling Proposition (USP) in such a way as to entice a reader to open the brochure. What is your client's USP? It would also be helpful to know the company name and whether their marketing/positioning plan lends itself to humorous advertising slogans. Also would be helpful to know to whom the brochure is being targeted.

    Now, having said all that, some of my initial coffee-induced brainstorming thoughts here might be better suited for specific ad campaigns rather than fulltime company slogans:

    "Proud to Earn Your Satisfaction and Trust."

    "The 'Good Guys' in Home Inspection"

    "The Best Call You Can Make"

    "Rock Solid Peace of Mind"

    "Your Home, Your Family, Your Trust"

    "Mom and Dad would be proud you called us."

    "Your Mom would love to have us over for dinner."

    "Winning Over Homeowners One Inspection [or Property] at a Time"

    "Your Confidence is our Top Priority"

    "Making Promises We Can Keep"
