Congratulations on the new business!

A business name / brand should be rooted in strategy. It would be helpful to know more about how you will be positioning your restaurant, i.e. is it self serve, is it a restaurant, is it casual, is it formal, is it organic, is it healthy, is it diet-specific, is it for vegetarians, is it about offering a fast, fresh & healthy option... Also, what's the style of the business - is it contemporary or traditional, is it about personal service or about eclectic fare, etc. All of these factors will influence the essence and the style of the name.

I've made a few assumptions: that's it's a relatively informal, premium priced / gourmet product, focus on lunch with an artistic / eclectic twist. Some suggestions:

The Devout Sprout (about pure, simple ingredients, healthy, green, a bit quirky)

Leap (feels energetic, healthy, green)

The Garden Gourmand (gourmet foods, focus on garden fresh foods, a bit more upscale, premium)

I think The Leaf & Loaf is a winner. It actually kind of stuck with me and I can picture myself saying it.., "hey, I am going to the Leaf & Loaf.. want anything?"

And the short name but parallel 4 lettering would make it attractive when you start to create logo/signage, etc.

Make it easy for your customers. "Salad Café", as suggested earlier, or "Green Café", will be enough descriptive.
